Adobe analytics beta connector issues

Hi when I try to connect power BI using the adobe analytics connector 2.0 (Beta), I get an error when I select the date granularity. Any idea on how to resolve this?Screenshot 2024-05-21 153216.png

Hi @MK111 ,

Are you using the latest version of the Adobe Analytics Connector. Sometimes, updating the connector can resolve the issue.

Please also ensure that the date format in your Adobe Analytics data matches the format expected by Power BI. Mismatched date formats can often cause this type of error.

Best regards.

@v-xiaoyan-msft Yes, I am using the latest version of the adobe analytics connector. I have checked the data types and formats it matches with all power BI requirements.

Hi @MK111 were you able to find a solution? As a workaround, maybe you can connect your Adobe data using an external connector, as the direct Adobe connector is still in beta you may try another option that wouldn't give you this issues. I've tried windsor.ai , supemetrics and funnel.io. I stayed with Windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder,  to make the connection first search for the Adobe connector in the data sources list:

Then, you should enter your Adobe credentials to make the connection. After that, you'll see a preview of your data where you can select the fields you want to see in PBI.

Finally, you just have to choose PBI as destination and copy and paste the url that will appear there in PBI desktop --> Get Data --Web > --> Paste the link
