Adding Conditional Formatting of X-Axis to Column Charts Just Turns them White

See the attached PBIX. Adding conditional formatting to X-Axis color just turns them all white instead of alternate colors.

Hi @Greg_Deckler 

So conditional formatting doesn't work in X-Axis , right ? What is the version of your PBI Desktop ? Did it only happen in stacked column chart ?

I am using the March 2023 version 2.115.663.0 64-bit. It seemed to occur on all visuals that I tested. All column, bar, line, area, combo charts, ribbon chart, waterfall and funnel.
