Time out Refreshing if using List.Contains in PowerQuery script

Starting from today we are experiencing failures in the reload process if Power query contains a List.Contains command

Processing error:	Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation.

If I'm filtering my table  using List.Contains with values from another table, the reload takes ages and then eventually goes in timeout.

Not sure when it started , but we noticed from this morning.

Is bug introduced by the December Release? Maybe related to the new Dependency query view?

That works fine for me in Service version13.0.15022.58. You may take a look at What is Query Diagnostics for Power Query?
