Pull data from JIRA

Hello All,

I am using JIRA Content pack to import the data to Power Bi. I am getting following two error:

Please help me to understand why am getting those error.  

1. Error 

"We found extra characters at the end of JSON input.. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface."

2.Error 

Failed to update data source credentials: Web.Contents failed to get contents from 

"JIRA url":(404): Not Found

Status code:

400

I cannot repro the same issue on my side. Please make sure you input the right Jira URL like https://***.atlassian.net and correct credential.

BTW, currently the content pack will work only with the cloud version but not on Premises JIRA.

If issue persists, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
If issue is resolved, you can share the solution here later to help others who have the same problem.
