Hola comunidad, quisiera que me ayuden con este inconveniente. Sucede que tengo una cuenta de trabajo pero desde hace un tiempo no puedo ingresar. Esta cuenta está declarada como único administrador y cuando solicito clave para ingresar me indica que me comunique con el administrador (el cual soy yo).
El tema es que no puedo ingresar a la cuenta por ningún medio.

I'm not clear where you can't sign in, Desktop or Service?
If you can't signin in Desktop, there may be many scenarios.
1. Error: Sign in failed because your network requires proxy authentication.

contact your administrator and request that secured URLs be used for their authentication sites.
If you can't signin in Service,please confirm you have subscribe a Power BI license. In admin center>Billing>Your products.
You should have at least a free license and assign to the user in Active users>Manage product licenses.
