Sometimes the PowerBI Service / Fabric UI moves up, so that the elements and texts at the top of the screen are cut off. At the same time to the bottom of the screen, a button "Choose File" and text "No file chosen" appears.
Here's a screenshot, where the text at the top is only half visible and a new button appears at the bottom:
If the button "Choose file" or the text next to it is clicked, a dialog pops up where you can choose a pbix or rdl -file from your computer.
If one is selected, the file name appears next to the button, but nothing seems to happen after that.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

If it's a random problem, then it's hard to determine the exact cause.
Or you could just mention a Support ticket, the next time a problem arises. A dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
