Power BI April update Options->Settings results in Unexpected error

I have installed new update (tried twice) and want to enable preview features, but once I click on Optionsand settings->Options I get an Unexpected error:

Hi Qiuyun, It is not possible to create a trace file. Because when I tried to access the options setting. This error " String was not recognised as a valid DateTime" One workaround is to change the setting of the time. I don't know how since it is company laptop and you need the admin right to change it.
