4. Publish this report
5.  Open this report from Power BI servicses

Issue - when I open this report in PowerBI web services, I get above mentioned error.

Hi @ksam,

From your description, the issue occurs after you publish the report to Power BI service, right?

Please check if data gateway is installed correctly and Teradata data source is created under data gateway fine. Go to Dataset settings, make sure the dataset has been configured to use the created data gateway.

Please also get data from the same view in Import mode instead of DiectQuery to see if the same issue occurs after publishing to Power BI service.

Best Regards,
