How to see OVERALL usage BI metrics (not per day)?

Dear all,

Where can I find report usage metrics?

I tried in Workspaces --> (report name) -->cogwheel -->open usage metrics.

But that's all I see:

Is there a way to see OVERALL views for this report, not the views per day

thanks,

Dovile

Hi @djankuna ,

The Total view section you circled is the 90-day overall view. Also, this data is not updated in real time.
The usage metrics report only includes reports (or dashboards) that have been accessed in the past 90 days. If a report (or dashboard) doesn't show up, likely it hasn't been used in more than 90 days.

For more information, you can refer to:

Hi Caitlyn,

But if I know that people have used it in the last 90days? This is a relativelly new dashboard (since last month) and people have been coming up with questions/requests, so I assume they have accessed it at least once..

In your article example, is total views mean total views/day?
