Connection Power BI to CRM PROD not working in the online environment

Hello everyone! I hope someone could help me with this issue. 

 

We encounter an error while importing the Content Pack to Sales Analytics for Dynamics 365. It works for DEV, but not for PROD.

Here are the steps for doing it. 

     1. Logon to https://app.powerbi.com/

  1. Click “Get Data” – in lower left corner
  2. Click “Get” in the Services Content Pack Library
  3. Search for ‘Sales’

        Click ‘Get it now’ on Sales Analytics for Dynamics 365

 

  1. Supply connection information
  1. Select Authentication method
  1. Sign in
  2. Import of Content Pack will start
  3. Once Content Pack is imported, go to Dashboard and open Sales Analytics for Dynamics 365
    You will see a blank dashboard and indication “Refreshing data” 
  1. Loading takes long and eventually results in an error

Do you mean that it works well in https://dxt.powerbi.com but not works well in https://app.powerbi.com?

Hi v-haibl-msft  , it works with our crm system for DEV but not for PROD using the https://app.powerbi.com.

For me also same issue, it gives error for production server?
