Cannot modify RLS after reuploading dataset

Hi all,


  • Deleted all RLS roles in desktop and created new (dynamic) role
  • Published dataset to PBI service
  • Waited for dataset to complete refresh
  • Clicked "Security" to assign users to new RLS security role.
  • Received error "your data is currently being refreshed please wait a few minutes before making changes to row level security". However, per the schedule refresh page and main workspace page, this dataset is not currently being refreshed.
  • Waited twenty minutes after refresh completed and still receive the same error.

I cannot reproduce the issue. Clear cache and try again later. If it persists, just create a support ticket for assistance.
