After Version: 2.138.1203.0 64-bit (November 2024) update, I am no longer able to sign-in.

When I click the sign-in button, it prompts for email.  When I hit 'continue' the window just disappears.  This is for an Organizational Account.  It should prompt and redirect for username/password.  I have rebooted multiple times.  I have uninstalled and re-installed.  I have disabled all preview features.  I have set authentication to use default browser and I have changed my default browser.  All browsers history/cache have been cleared.

Hi @mikezero ,

You may go to "Select Options and settings."in Power BI Desktop. In the Options window, navigate to the Data Load section.Under Data Cache Management Options, click on Clear cache.

Or Did you navigate to the cache folder and delete the files before reinstall it? The cache files are typically located in the following directory:

  • C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Cache

You can also clear temporary files that might be related to Power BI Desktop. Navigate to the following directory and delete the files:

  • C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Temp

After clearing these files, restart Power BI Desktop and see if the issue is resolved.
