Power Query Editor: Detect Data type

The detection data type on the Power Query Editor for data flows, and the transformation data on the Power BI Desktop, don't account for all data when column profiling is set to the entire data set. It is problematic. It introduces refresh errors because it doesn't use distinct column values to ascertain the data type it should be.
