Real Time Dashboard title should change to include significant parameters and page

Real time dashboards are a kind of an app. They support deep links so when one copies a URL of a dashboard, it carries with it the parameters and the pages it used for rendering the content. 

However, when this link is pasted in to systems, it shows the display name of the overall dashboard, ignoring the current page and the significant parameters selected (That are often very meaningful)

Including meaningful parameters and page in the dashbpoard page title will cause pasted deep links to be meaningful too.
