This would be a very nice feature and not only for date values, but other values. For example division name possibly tied to role security somehow.

It would be very nice to have the possibility to set default values to the slicer by using fields and / or DAX formula For example, I've 10 years of data in my database, but at the default report view I only want to display the last 180 days. The user should be able to select another (longer) time range by himself. Also, I would like to have the possibility to set a default value of a normal selection list by a field. I've a single selection slicer which values are depending of the user role and I always want to select the first value by default

I have 2 slicers. Based on one slicer, the seconder slicer would be filtered and second slicer is single select. Now i need to default item as first item as selected in the second slicer. Is it possible ?
