Hi,
We have a bunch of line graphs that are pulling data from Sharepoint. The visuals load fine on desktop but when published to service, the few at the bottom do not load and show up blank. The only way to have them show up is hitting refresh visuals on the top right of service. or playing with the slicers so they refresh. We have clients use this and want to make it seemless as possible. Is there a way to make sure those visuals are loading on service?

What you're seeing in the Power BI Service is a known behavior that can sometimes occur when a report contains many visuals or visuals that depend on slicer/filter interactions. In particular, visuals located further down the page may not load immediately due to how the service optimizes rendering, especially when filters or slicers are already applied.
A good first step is already suggested by @GilbertQ to make sure the report is published with no filters or slicers applied. This ensures that when users first open the report, all visuals are evaluated and have a chance to load correctly. If users later interact with slicers, and some visuals don’t appear as expected, using the "Reset to default" option can help restore the intended view.

Hi @GilbertQ and @Anonymous Thank you so much for your responses. I tried your solutions by making sure no filters were applied during publishing. I still was not able to load the bottom visualizations. I even deleted the slicers on the page. It still wasnt able to load the botton visuals. I do want to make a note that we have a main slicer for different clients. I made sure the slicer wasn't applied for that either. I am thinking of possible solutions - maybe there is a way to change the settings for the service optimizations for my page or report? Thank you for all your help.

Since you've already removed filters and slicers before publishing and you're still seeing the bottom visuals not load in the service, this does point toward Power BI Service's rendering optimizations as a likely factor. Unfortunately, there aren’t currently exposed settings that allow you to control or disable those optimizations at the report or page level.
Here are a few approaches that might help :
* You can split the visuals across multiple pages if possible. Moving some of the visuals (especially the ones at the bottom) to a new page can reduce the rendering load and improve consistency.
* You can use bookmarks with page navigation, if your design allows, showing one client or metric at a time via bookmarks or buttons can reduce the number of visuals that need to load at once.
* Reduce the number of visuals or visuals with complex measures on a single page if certain visuals involve heavy calculations or large datasets (especially from SharePoint), they may be timing out or deprioritized.
* Consider switching to import mode if you’re using DirectQuery or SharePoint Online folders as import mode can help with visual stability, especially for client-facing reports.

Could I ask you to check the filters on each of the visuals by highlighting on the filter item just to make sure that there's no underlying filter that cannot be seen which is causing the visuals not to be loaded as I have seen this happen in the past?

What I would recommend doing is to make sure that there are no filters or slices applied when you upload the report to the service. This will ensure that when people first open the report, there are no filters or slices applied, which means it will load the visuals as expected. If a user does interact with the visuals and changes the filters or slices, this could potentially need to your current situation and the only option there is to click on the reset to default button as a way to ensure that it already shows what is expected.
