Visuals Not Loading On PBI Service Unless "Refresh Visuals" on top right is hit.

Hi GilbertQ and Anonymous Thank you so much for your responses. I tried your solutions by making sure no filters were applied during publishing. I still was not able to load the bottom visualizations. I even deleted the slicers on the page. It still wasnt able to load the botton visuals. I do want to make a note that we have a main slicer for different clients. I made sure the slicer wasn't applied for that either. I am thinking of possible solutions - maybe there is a way to change the settings for the service optimizations for my page or report? Thank you for all your help.
