"Total labels" setting enabled in a stacked bar chart in Power BI also when we select only one value from the legend

The "Total labels" setting in a stacked bar chart in Power BI (it has one dimension on the X-axis and a second dimension in the legend) is disabled when you select only one value from the legend.

Since in the stacked bar we can insert custom labels referred to other measure, we want to always see the total label on the top of the stacked bar also when we select only one value from the legend.
