Update RLS Error Message

The error message below is what appears when a user tries to access a report on the server with RLS and the user does not have access. Most end users don't know the term "RLS" and don't understand that it's due to permissions and not a technical issue. It would be great if the error message could be more user friendly to less technical users. Underlying Error: User is trying to access model with Id='8186098' which has cloud RLS enabled, but they have no roles associated with them. The RLS message should be customizable and set on the RLS screen where we add the IDs.

It will be great to let the user know who can see and why can't they see in words/terms that is understood by the user.

Also, around 2k character limit will be good.

Yes, let us customize the message. Allow to use a URL to redirect users to company SharePoint or ticketing/request system.
