Unable to open the application on my desktop

I used to create dashboard on power bi and the last time I tried to use the app it never opened. I have already unistalled the application from my desktop and downloaded the last version but it still doesnt open. Also I tried to remove all the coockies, even delet my antivirus but it still doesnt open.
