Stop dialog boxes from grabbing focus and appearing on the task bar

Any time a dialog box pops up in a PowerBI desktop file, it grabs focus for a second and shows as an selection on the task bar.  When changing data connection under transform data, the "working on it" pop up will grab focus a couple of times, whenever it appears, even if you have switched to another file or application, making the user experience very jumpy.

This behavior is different from other Microsoft applications.  If you close an Excel file after changing it, the save dialog box does not appear on the task bar and does not grab focus when it pops up.

It's also frustrating that these boxes can make the Power BI window you were using LOSE focus. Open a file -> Working on it appears -> Working on it disappears -> Power BI jumps to a different window, not the file you had focused and waiting to open. The "Working on it" don't need to appear on the taskbar. The publish dialogues would be acceptable if they provided value by showing current status (selection required / publishing / success / failure) instead of a blank title. Though this could just be added to the main window title since these are modal anyway.
