Spider chart doesn't have option to adjust and display the font size for measure values

I have created spider chart with category as group_name and Y axis as some measures(Actual & Target measure), I want to display the value of target and actual measures and need to adjust the font size. options not available in the August Power BI desktop version.I am able see the option in earlier(May month) released version.Please provide the solution. Currently I am using August released POWER BI desktop Version.
