It would be essential that the dashboard and reports can also be shared with external users. E.g. to be able to create a dashboard for a customer for example to show the SLA performance.

Yes, I have a customer who wants to share their dashboards with their customers who they're doing analysis work for.

I would be happy with a randomly generated link that I could pass on to anyone, even if they don't have a Microsoft account. I wouldn't do this with extremely sensitive data of course because there is always the chance that someone could guess the link, but I think it would be safe enough for most of my data. Randomly generated external links that don't require sign-in didn't fit into Microsoft's old Power BI pricing strategy because it would have allowed people to consume without a license. However, now that there is a FREE version of Power BI, maybe it would be ok?

Knowing that 'same domain' seems to be the theme across all the Power BI sites, being able to share a Dashboard to someone in ANOTHER domain, and have them interact with it as I/we am/are able to would be good to have.

This is CRAZY , there is no way to admin users ? this limitation is in the free version only ? Why did you limit sharing with same domain email ? i have a client in *********: 100% chance that he could not have same domain with me ...

Furthering this, we would love a model where we could have unauthenticated users access this as well. If we are sharing data that citizens of a town would be interested in viewing then it would be great if they could just go to a portal and see the metrics and reports available to general users.

This is key! and to add security maybe only with domains that your own organization is federated with. We are a big partnership based organization and I want to be able to share some reports and data with other people outside my own organization
