Rest API for Dataset size listing and last publish/modified date along with other Dataset Properties

Requirement 1:

Proposal for API Enhancement - Allow retrieval of dataset size of datasets within a workspace with a new API or introduce a new property in the existing API. Presently, the Dataset API lacks information on the dataset size, a crucial metric for efficient management. Although the size can be viewed in the GUI through "https://xxx.powerbi.com/groups/{GroupId}/managestorage," this feature is not available in PowerShell or Rest API.

• Facilitates effective dataset management within a group/workspace.
• Aids in monitoring dataset growth for optimized cost management by adjusting model structures.
• Supports efficient capacity planning, particularly for workspaces with sizable datasets, ensuring appropriate resource allocation.

Requirement 2:

Proposal for API Enhancement - Incorporate an API endpoint to display the last published date of a dataset or introduce a new property in existing one. The existing Dataset API lacks information on the last published date of the dataset/model, as the last refresh date only pertains to data updates within the dataset and not the model structure.

Benefits:

• Enables strategic planning for dataset activities based on recently modified model structures.
• Useful for tasks such as dataset backups, allowing organizations to optimize backup policies and enhancing cost efficiency by preventing redundant backups of datasets with unchanged structures and already available recent backups.
