Support Power BI Desktop on devices (Surface Pro X) with Arm Architecture

Purchased Surface Pro X, unfortunately Microsoft Power BI Desktop is not compatible because of ARM. Would like to know when it will be compatible or if i need to return surface pro x.

Trying to use 32-bit version on new Surface Pro X - it's slow and constantly freezes. Comments on Power BI Community suggest returning the computer. Please bring out a compatible version ASAP.

The 32-bit version works on the Surface Pro X but is very slow indeed - a native version would make our lives SO much easier! Thanks in advance

As of the October 2025 release, Power BI Desktop is supported on ARM PCs  that have the 2025-09 Cumulative Update installed (KB5065789).
