Option to use either light or dark interface.

New Desktop app update installed an almost white user interface. There is zero contrast which is not good for the eyes. I see where some people have requested a light interface so incorporate an option to select either light or dark theme like in the Office apps.

Does anyone really think this arbitrary change to white, in a world were everything is getting a dark option, seems something that would make you appreciate Microsoft more, or less? This used to be the only Microsoft product I really liked. I would now need to start looking at other options now. I really wished this would have lasted!! Before I would have give it a score of 100 out of 10! Now -1000000000000 out of 10. That happens when users become second class citizens and are pushed into things into which they were not taken into consideration. I really had so much high hopes for Microsoft with the new leadership and shift towards unix/linux. Now I am no longer sure about it.

Please add an option for dark mode. Also, I miss the yellow highlight for which tables was used in a visual. The new small round circle with a check mark is too similar to the check mark for the column and measure thus making it harder to navigate in large data sets.

Somebody didn't do their usability testing did they? Sorry but the new colors are not modern or user friendly. It's just horrible. Please give us dark mode. "Won't somebody think of the children".

This was the first thing I noticed and tried searching for after installing the latest update. Having the option to toggle between different interfaces (could be more than just dark and light, maybe customizable?) would be great and much easier on the eyes. Now it hurts to look at the screen because it's brighter than the sun.

This most recent june update makes my eyes bleed... so light, I really miss the darker theme on the desktop version, please add this option ASAP!!

The worst choice every. Horrible look burning my eyes! Did you do a user test, before deciding to implement this UX? Or you just thought it might be a good idea, based on shoulder tapping within enclosed team of few? Give as at least a choice!!!

The new light theme on the UI is terrible and makes using the product more difficult and not user-friendly. The lighting environment I work in makes the side panels difficult to see now. The dark theme was great.
