Move the Task Tags and Task Flow as part of deployment pipeline.


(Deployment pipelines doesn't create the task flow and the task tags.)

To implement this, I would suggest including the TAGS and TASKS into the ".platform" json file in the items' GIT folder. This way they are supported in GIT as well as the Fabric Deployment Pipelines.
