Allow Data Gateway Cluster in multiple Regions

For example, you can create a Data Gateway in CENTRAL US and then create another Data Gateway in EAST US and cluster them together. This would be great for High Availability on all the connections created whether is WEB, ODBC, SQL. This way if CENTRAL US Data Gateway goes down, it will just switch over to the other Data Gateway which is in East US.
