Make Visual Name Independent from Visual Title in Selection pane

Currently, in the Selection pane the name of a visual gets set to the Title of that visual (should one be present), and by changing the name of the visual in the Selection pane it forces the Title to change.

This can make it harder for report developers to quickly identify visuals from their names in the Selection pane. E.g. it prevents adoption of naming conventions for visuals such as prefixing the visual's name by its type (Card, Matrx, etc.), since such a convention would not be appropriate in the Title for report consumers.

Allowing the name of a visual (as seen in the Selection pane) to be independent from its Title would make managing visuals in the Selection pane easier for report developers.
