Include interactive R packages

Making R packages like plotly and leaflet available in PowerBi will vastly increase the interactive analytical power of the platform. This is especially true for scenarios in which you need pop up labels in your R chart. I know this means interfacing with the plotly server, but I believe that will unlock PowerBI's full potential.
