Feature Request: Add Relative-Date / T-5 Incremental Export Scheduling to Azure Cost Management

This feature would have a particularly significant benefit for conservative companies that do not permit OneLake, data lake, or broader data warehouse capabilities to be enabled. Without those services, teams often need to work within tighter operational constraints and rely on simpler delivery methods, so incremental export capability becomes much more important. It would also help FinOps teams perform rapid prototype analysis and investigate cost issues more efficiently. Many teams need a lightweight way to identify, validate, and analyze cost changes without building a large-scale data platform first.
