Improved "Step Properties" -> "Description" in Power Query

I always put comments at EVERY step of a query so the customer gets their money's worth.

The big pain is having to close out one step's properties window, just to open the next step's properties window.

It would be nice to include a set of "Next/Previous" buttons to go directly from one step's properties window to the next (or previous) without all the closing and opening red tape.
