Enable OPENROWSET to read files from One Lake

OPENROWSET function can read the files from Azure Data Lake storage or Azure Blob storage. 

It would be useful to enable OPENROWSET to also read files form Fabric One Lake and access the files in Lakehouse /Files area.

this would be very helpful, so we don't have to wait for the sql endpoint metadata refresh to complete
