Data colors bug with custom colors after June 2016 update

When entering a custom color in the data colors, using the Hex code, after entering 3 digits it enters and closes the data entry/message box. In order to complete entering the 6 digit code you then have to open the data entry/message box a 2nd time, after which it closes after entering 3 digits.

Also noted. Auto-submits upon valid entry of hex color (which can be 3 digits). Also auto-submits after re-opening window and entering 3 more digits, also valid hex code.
