Change behavior of table when showing duplicate rows

This is regarding the issue located here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Power-BI-Table-Visual-not-showing-double-rows/m-p/443405#M204922 I don't think that is the right behavior to show only first record, when setting is 'don't summarize data'. It looks like 'Don't summarize data' works same as first when it is dealing with duplicate entries and that is not acceptable. In fact it should probably be raised as a bug.

Please have that fixed. It is extremely unpleasant when such a bug causes my reputation to dimish with the report users.
