Allows Slicers to apply to all Pages of a Report

As has been partly implemented with Filters, it would be very useful to have slicers that could apply to all pages of a report. This would allow users to interact more easily.

We just lost it one client to Tableau as this function is not available in Power BI please do something about it we don't want to loss more client.
