Allows Slicers to apply to all Pages of a Report

As has been partly implemented with Filters, it would be very useful to have slicers that could apply to all pages of a report. This would allow users to interact more easily.

This requires the same slicer on each page. It would be better if a slicer on page one can affect visuals on other pages without needed to have the same slicer.

Dan Green is right, we have to copy and paste all filters on each page. After that I resize them to the minimum to hide them to the user. I think a check in the initial filter is better.
