Allow default filtering based on current user

It would be nice, even if not essential, to allow a report to slice by default to the current user's data. For instance, I might envision: - A dimUser table that can slice by default to the USERNAME () output - A dimGeo table that can slice by default to the city/state/country of the session's IP address - ...and so forth

Need this feature to default the slicer selection to a particular value rather than filter it for that value. This allows users to see default value data on landing, but if needed change slicer selections to other possible values

This is so critical to make RLS and other use cases function to their fullest. Currently if a user is a member of a workspace, RLS will not work for them. There are use cases where a user is a developer and needs full access to a workspace or dataset, but needs a report defaulted to their "security level" permissions in line with other users of their attributes. I'm astonished this isn't accounted for in perhaps a desktop options checkbox or somewhere, especially considering workspaces can be shared across large development groups, and users.

Please develop this. There are so many benefits to this. There are probably lots of large companies that have a structure that separates report developers from PowerBI governance where security model etc. are maintained. There are lots of reasons governance cannot always make changes to the security model. This feature would make developers somewhat independent of the security model.

We need this to default to the UserPrincipal country so they see their native currency upon log in. But we would like to give them the choice to chose other currencies if they wish to change.
