Add option to paginated report subscription to not send if dataset/table it empty.

Add option to paginated report subscription to not send if table or dataset is empty. For exception reporting, where the report may contain no data, it would be great to have an option to not send the report if no data exists. Tableau has a similar feature on their subscriptions - "Don't send if view is empty"
