Add dataflow tables and column for GetScanResult REST API

We are currently using to GetScanResult audit the contents of our tenant.


Unfortunately, dataflow tables and columns are not included in GetScanResult .


Please add dataflow tables and column for GetScanResult REST API as you have done for datasets.
