Add customized fields to a workspace, report, data/semanitic model to help records additional fields for an item; for example business criticality of a report.

Just wanting to advocate for this also - we are using it for the global health community and the worldbank has an excellent metadata schema structure but no way for us to leverage it directly inside of Fabric (https://worldbank.github.io/metadata-schemas/) Cheers,
