Add a "snap to grid" like functionality to Power BI Desktop

Creating a clean, consistent layout in reports is very difficult in the Power BI desktop tool. Please consider adding a customizable layout grid that objects can snap to like PowerPoint. Thanks!

'@Elliot Dixon I just downloaded the latest Power BI Desktop, and it does not have a grid feature. Am I missing something?

Trying to get the layout right in Power BI reminds me of SSRS 2005 - only without the gridlines or co-ordinates!

Dynamic grids and tabs would help organize the space. I want to see more detail data sharing the same filters.

Dec improvements DOES NOT seem like an old fashioned way of doing this. They both complement one another.

It's basic need to design and organize the chart efficiently & neatly. Can't see this improvement in Dec or Jan update...

Great suggestion. The current recent Dec improvements are a bit awful to use. It feels like a very old fashioned way of doing this.
