Add Property "Label Density" for the X-Y Axis Labels

Due the Adaptive Rendering of the Axis labels, sometimes, even if there is enough space, labels are shown only "alternate" (only even or odd bars). With a "label density" property set to 100%, the label would be forced to be shown all. I'm getting the same label density issue on a categorical X-axis. An ordered categorical axis should behave like a continuous axis. Right now, I want to display last year and this year's data as 2 overlapping lines. Months alone are "categorical" so I can't reduce/increase the number of data points shown on each line. However, months should behave like a continuous dimensions so I can get all data points or few data points. In general, we should be able to choose whether a date part is discrete or continuous.
