Add Non-Blocking “Frame” Object for Visual Layout

Introduce a dedicated “frame” element that allows users to outline multiple visuals at once or sections without relying on shapes or backgrounds. Current workarounds (shapes with borders or filled backgrounds) sit on top of visuals and interfere with interactions like clicking, drilling, and tooltips. A frame object would sit around visuals instead of over them, preserving full interactivity while improving layout control and visual alignment.

In practice, I’ve run into consistent issues trying to line up cards and other visuals cleanly, as getting edges, corners, and breaks to look precise is difficult, and existing options don’t fully solve it. Backgrounds don’t hide these imperfections, and shapes introduce interaction problems. A true frame element would address both issues by enabling cleaner visual structure without impacting usability.
