Automatic Refresh of PowerBI Reports in powerbi service using the OAuth2 protocol

Hello Team,

I am having some challenges setting up refresh for my powerbi reports in powerbi service. This is the erro I am getting.

I am trying to use OAuth2.0. I have already setup everything in the App registration on Azure and Also setup the Application under Microsoft Entra ID Applications in Business Central SaaS providing the client ID for this. I have managed to generate the token using postman. I have also managed to send a GET request in postman and I am able to get the web service ODATA contents. One thing to keep in mind is that while building the report in powerbi desktop, there is no option to use OAuth2.0 and so I used the orgnaizational account to achieve the retriving of data to the powerbi dekstop. Anyone with any knowledge of this can assist. I am open to any corrections. Some of my colleges who faced similar challenges @Avenuruz

You do not refresh reports.  You refresh semantic models or dataflows.  Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you are aiming to achieve. What have you tried and where are you stuck?

Could you not use the link bar which allows you to import the data using dataflows? And then you can use power BI desktop to connect to the dataflow. Enabling Power BI integration with Business Central - Business Central | Microsoft Learn
