APP Update problem

I've suddenly face the problem while updating published APP in PBI Service.  When I click "update app" - there is no error, but the process dosen't  stops. If I publush a NEW app - everything is OK.  Last friday ther was no problems with app updates.... 

Dose somebody have any ideas?

It seems like a known issue power bi team listed on support page. Current it seems canceled from support page, did this issue still appears on your side?

same here, perpetualy display of "Publishing app"

I'd like more detail information to help us clearly your scenario.

For example:
1. Your datasource type and connection mode.
2. Type of contents you update to app, what dataset these contents from, report compatibility(remove others and only publish one report/tile)
3. Workspace type.(old, new, premium)
4. Security settings on these report.(filters/RLS)

Local Excel files -  datasets are updating by republishinr from PBI Desktop  
2. Type of contents you update to app, what dataset these contents from, report compatibility(remove others and only publish one report/tile)

Each APP contains one report from one dataset. Some of them have one dashbord in addition 
3. Workspace type.(old, new, premium)

It is an APP Workspace in a dedicated capacity (Premium)

No special security settings. - Only the list of users while publishing APP 

 

One more thing I've discovered - the CONTENT of th APP is realy updating in this process (if I rename the page of report- it takes effect in the APP). BUT the list of users dose not updates and the "publishing app" message does not stops.
