I'm not 100% sure what you mean by the new UI interface of apps, I assume you are referring to this announcement: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/designing-custom-navigation-for-power-bi-apps-is-now-available/

I can confirm that this feature has arrived at my tenant (North Europe), so for this I assume I will be arriving at your tenant in the next days.

Please be aware that this only work with workspaces that are V2 workspaces (meaning new workspace experience). If you need to convert an existing workspace I recommend followint the links in this post: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/designing-custom-navigation-for-power-bi-apps-is-now-available/
