The people Im creating reports and dashboards are really keep to have a report that they can go into, Next to each visual is a textbox that they can add information into before saving and sending to Management etc.
This seems to be one of their main concerns in order to make the reports really work for the users. But I have no idea if its possible and if not, what the work around would be?
I mentioned having an excel spreadsheet that they add information into and this feeds through into the reports but they wernt keen on this at all

This looks great and I didnt know about it but I dont think this is what the user wants.
I think they want to be able to see and print out the comments along with the report. (Its essentially like having a text box next to the visual with their thoughts on the current state.
I will certainly show them this tomorrow though to see if it could work
