sqlendpoint sync issue - broadcasting

Hi,

If there are issues in a particular part of the product, can that be informed to the entire region of customers who are/ would be affected by it.

Recently we had a sql endpoint sync issue we enabled to force the metadata sync happen on our end. But later when we checked with Microsoft it was a known issue on the sql endpoint. 

So such things if could be informed would be helpful to take necessary actions in a timely manner.
