iOS App shows report thumbnails but when you try and open them it keeps refreshing and will not open the report

iOS App shows the report thumbnails but when you try and open them it keeps refreshing and will not open the report. This is linking to my local SSRS 2016 Reporting Server. Everything was fine a few until I update to iOS 10.
